These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Diverse Construction Group, a full-service construction and contracting company based in San Antonio, Texas.

4. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using this Site or requesting services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to use this Site and our services only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 5. Appointment & Scheduling Policies

All appointments, estimates, and consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. By scheduling, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information, ensure site access is available at the scheduled time including any required permits or utility clearances, and understand that arrival windows are estimates subject to field conditions. If site access is unavailable at the time of a scheduled visit, Diverse Construction Group reserves the right to reschedule and may assess a trip charge. Diverse Construction Group reserves the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at its sole discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in rescheduling delays or loss of scheduling priority. No-shows without prior notice may forfeit your scheduling slot. Diverse Construction Group may also cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 7. Electronic Communications & E-Signature Consent

All services are governed by a written or verbal scope of work agreed upon before project commencement. Services will be performed only as described in that agreed scope — any additional work requires a separate agreement. Diverse Construction Group is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, subsurface hazards, undisclosed utilities, or pre-existing damage unless identified during a formal site assessment. Permits, zoning compliance, and environmental requirements are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Diverse Construction Group reserves the right to halt or modify work if unsafe conditions are discovered on site. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service agreement or contract. All commitments must be confirmed in writing.

10. Warranties & General Disclaimers

17. Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Bexar County, Texas, decided by a single arbitrator whose decision is final and binding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm. Small claims court rights are not waived.

18. Modification of Terms

Diverse Construction Group may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, with the effective date updated accordingly.
